Im triying for few months activate my ARLO SAFE anual subscription, is so difficult talk to a human, and to find a phone number, CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME?

 

IS THE WORST CUSTUMER SERVICE OMG

If you log in to your Arlo Secure app, you can contact Arlo Support by navigate to Settings > Support.

 

Do you have an Arlo Safe Button or are you simply trying to purchase the subscription?

I can’t find the phone number in support, I already try by chat and nothing, I buy the subscription since July, and I can’t activate, tbecause the code doesn’t work 

I already spoke in the past with somebody, he tell me that he call me back, and never happened
