Needing deleted videos

I recently found evidence through my cctv footage of my daughters father having me drugged and different men pay him to **gRaped** me for 6 weeks. He had deleted the saved footage and the cameras then fried there batteries to never be used again. I need this footage to get justice. Plz tell me there is a way to get back the deleted footage

Once videos are deleted, they are unretrievable  by users....

There may be a slight chance that thru official means ( police with warrant ) they may be obtainable but not sure.            ( depends on servers and backups if any )
