video not refreshing

I moved my camera....then viewed it online...the went to video to set my zone...and it was still showing a video snapshot of where the camera was before....logged out and in again...still not refreshing.

Nope, was talking about the picture. I figured out that if you invert it, it refreshes.

If you live view the camera for a second, the preview window should update to the last frame

no such luck. Watched it for a minute..then went to settings>video settings...and the old image is still there.

seems to be stuck on an old screen. I restarted the device which was also a disaster. I am going to return it and go back to nestcam. I need something reliable and this keeps resetting itself and disconnecting. Never had that issue with my nestcam.

Oh, if you're talking about the zoom setting picture under Video Settings, you just need to click on the camera icon at the top right of the image to refresh that
