unexpected error during New device setup

Go through the setup and get to step where camera is discovered and time to name camera...got green checks in both boxes and hit continue. Immediately get the unexpected error at top of screen. The set up has been beyond frustrating. Please help.

App or browser? Tried the other? You may need to use the reset button to factory reset the base.

Was able to complete the setup via the app vs the browser. Thanks for the help.
