I have 2 home Arlo Q cameras set up in my home, when tyring to connect to one camera I get the error message that the camera cannot connect to media server. I can connect to my other camera perfectly fine. Anyone have any ideas on how to connect to my other camera? I've tried turning the camera on and off and logging in on the computer instead of the app on my phone, so far nothing has changed. Help!!

Are they both running the same firmware?

Mine is running 1.8.3.0_9926

What is the wifi signal strength like at the one giving trouble? Have you tried moving it closer to the router?

When did it start doing this?

Unfortunately, when a camera goes offline, it can be due to a couple of reasons, Normally the Q should come back online... not common that it doesn't.

At the least, it would have to be unplugged/replugged in.... If that is NG, it may have to be resync'ed.( usu not )

If in a remote location with cases like this , some users have used Wemo plug outlets...they are wifi controlled ac outlet so you can remotely 'unplug' / 'replug'  ( as long as your wifi is good )
