not connecting to my arlo q camera and it showing pink light, and iam trying to connect but it was not connecting to my mobile or pc what is the solution for this problem?

I suspect it's a purple light, not pink. Regardless, scroll down about 2/3 of the way in the following FAQ to check the Q LED behavior:

It would seem to be an issue with access to the servers. Rebooting the Q and your router may help.
