two new Arlo Q cameras. Neither gets past the discover stage

Neither of the two new Arlo Q cameras can be discovered by the Arlo app (on cell phone or PC). Gets to the flashing blue LED stage which turns back to orange after a minute of the app trying to find the camera. House has wireless - multiple phones, PCs and even an Amazon firestick connect to the wireless with no problem. I installed an Arlo Q at another location a month ago with no issue. Called support and they had me do a reset and then go through install procedure again with both cameras. Same result. Has anyone seen this?

A question that's never been answered to my knowledge - are you using a single SSID for both the 2.4 and 5GHz bands? If so, what happens if you separate them temporarily? Maybe make sure your phone is on the same SSID or use a wired computer.
