There seems to be a system wide problem. When viewing recordings via web browser or mobile app, the length of time listed for the videos are incorrect. The recording lengths from the library view are correct, but when clicking on the video, the time listed is incorrect. For example: the library page will tell me a video is 20 seconds long. That is correct. When I click on the video to view it, it says its 32 minutes long. This makes it difficult to fast forward or rewind videos.
