The Q can't be paired with any base - Arlo never rolled out that feature.

How do I install it? I followed the instructions on app…plus button up top right, add … what type… Q… everything through the chime but couldn’t find it!

Did you hear the chime?

If you did, then check your router's attached device list, and see if the camera is showing up there.

Also, try a PC (my.arlo.com) as that will sometimes work when the app fails.
