Hi,
I have had my Arlo Q VMC3040r6 for a while now and I havent had any issues with it untill recently. In some of the playback videos I have 1/2 to a 1/4 solid green block. More importanly when someone moves the picture become pixulated and moves in slow motion, I can see anything. Sometimes no sound and lastly somtimes the sound is fine but there is no movement in the camera or it repetes the movment.

Sounds like you have some wifi interference. Are you able to move the camera or wifi router? Perhaps a channel change might sort it?
