Arlo Q, MacOS 10.14.03
I just bought this. It's supposed to be plug and play. There is very little in the way of tech specs or support.
Neither my iPad not my iMac will "discover" the camera. I've reset the camera, and indeed the entire system, multiple times. I go through the entire sequence and during the "discovery" the camera stops blinking blue, blinks amber and gives a buzz alert. Eventually my device will read Cannot be found. I have been unable to find any support for this in the community. Folks seem to get through their issue with one reset. I'll be returning this to the store today as I can't get it to work, and i can't find out why.
