how can i delete one day or more from a CVR plan

hi!!

how can i delete one day or more from a CVR plan consisting of 30 days of videos history using arlo Q camera??

No. The only wG to erase CVR videonis to remove CVR from the camera. All CVR video from that camera will then be gone.
