dropped sound/freezing on motion

When the system is armed and it picks up motion it will either drop the sound will start pixelating or freeze . My Internet speed is fast I'm not sure what the problem is .

This may be due to interference or weak signal to your home wifi....

Do you know the signal strength and what band your operating on... Mine works better on the 5 ghz band if you have that option

I would reset the Q and move it closer to test it and see if it is location issues
