can not log on with chrome but with explorer

"You may be logged into NETGEAR Arlo in a different browser tab. Please close the tab before proceeding. You can also try to restart your browser or delete cookies from your browser before trying to login again."

Above is my error message when trying to log on through google chrome, what used to work for 2 years!

When I log on with microsoft explorer or an android app, it works!

I already cleared all cookies in that chrome browser, restarted the computer, but no success.

Any ideas?

When you cleared cookies on Chrome did you follow the directions here:

I've seen some folks say that clearing cookies didn't work but this did.
