cameras not working on app

We have older model Arlo cameras. Our apps worked fine until a few days ago. Now my app doesn't show any of our 4 outdoor cameras, I can only see our indoor camera. My wife's app shows our 4 outdoor cameras but not our indoor camera.

It sounds like you have two accounts.

 

Are both showing the new "Feed" interface?  Both showing "Library"?

 

Or is one showing "Library" and one showing "Feed"?
