arloq, I cant get it to connect

The usual suspect is the use of special characters in the SSID and/or passphrase of the WiFi you're trying to connect the Q to.  A quick test is to enable the router's guest WiFi if your router supports it.  If you can connect to that WiFi, it's your regular one that's the issue.  You can also try a reset of the camera, holding the reset button until the camera clicks and the LED flashes amber.
