arlo q will not connect

I orgionally had three cameras  and all worked perfectly.  I went bought two more to day to add to the system and want to clean up my camera names etc so I deleted every thing and started from scratch.  I now have two of the new cameras working and 1 old one and the cannot get the other two to sync.  Go throught the whole process and then told to wait and then get a raspberry..  I have checked the wifi password and lower case and uppercase all good.  I need help. its a good little product and set up wonderful the first time round but now strating to get a little frustrating.

Try holding the reset button on the cameras until the LED flashes amber. Let it initialize and try to sync again.
