arlo q cannot hear anything in video or in app or in web browser

cannot hear anything in app, recorded video or in web browser.

I can talk to the people that are at the camera but cannot hear the people when they talk back.

Go to audio settings for the camera and make sure that the mirophone slider is set to on.
