Arlo app video plays with Arlo camera but frozen image with Arlo Q

Weird problem. Using website on pc both Arlo regular and Arlo Q videos play properly. Using app on my iPad Pro (1 year old) the Arlo Q videos play but just show the same frozen frame and the Arlo videos play normally. Both live views work normally. Have tried deleting the app and reinstalling to no effect. Any thoughts?

problem with app comes to mind as the system is working on other devices

Hi @Drwags,

 

Make sure that you are running the latest iOS version (iOS 12.1.1) and the latest Arlo app version (version 2.6.3).

Both are those versions.

Try to log out, delete the app, reboot your iPhone, reinstall the app and log back in. And try to see if you see a difference if you are trying to view the live stream for your Arlo Q through WiFi or cellular data.
