arlo Q fail to connect

I am unable to add my arloQ to my Netgear router, have factory reset camera and everything goes fine through the setup untill the final stage where it makes a double buzer sound and then returns to a fast flashing amber light, takes another couple of minutes before it says failed to connect. I have retried several times with no luck.

Try and reset the Q... ( hold the reset for about 10 secs till the front led flashes amber )

 

Try and now sync as if new ... make sure the SSID and you password are correct ( including caps )
