Hi,
I just received my base station with 3 Arlo cameras. I installed the app, which shows the base station as connected. When I attempt to add cameras (and yes, I'm holding them 1-3 feet away) via the Sync process, the base station sync light blinks green as it should, but each of the 3 cameras fails to connect and flashes amber. I've checked the LAN cable the base station came with and it functions with other devices. My router also shows the base station as connected to the internet.
Does anyone have suggestions on what I can do? It's frustrating to have a simplified installation process that doesn't work.

The subject line is about Q cameras, the message is about wireless. ??
Make sure you're only pressing the sync button on the base briefly (<1 second). It may be that simple. If not, try resetting the base using the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Remove the base and any associated cameras in Settings, My Devices. Use the Add Device button on the Cameras tab to add the base and then try syncing cameras again.
