Your device is not connected. Contacted support & helped switch WiFi channel but issue persists

I have bought and installed an arlo q yesterday. After 20mn working it started showing me the message “ your device is not connected.” So i reset the connection and it work for another 3h and did again. I contacted support and they guided thru some process. At the end they had me switching my wifi channel to either 4,6, or 11. I set it at 11 and it was working. 5h hours later after i left the house it’s showing me again the message. I have got to say i am extremely disappointed at this and frustrated. And i see a lot of people have the same problem. Any help , or should i just send it back and get my money?
