Where can I purchase a back plate for Arlo Q so I can mount to wall. Company is useless and cannot provide me info where to buy?! Thank you

You can't buy pieces like this. Is support doesn't offer to send you one gratis, your only choices are to find the one you had, make something that will work or hope another user has one and will offer it to you.
