The library in the ios app is not showing the videos - it only seems to show the videos of the current day only (i can see the videos take today but not yesterday, or before). Same every day (yesterday I could see yesterday’s, today I can see today’s. I tried this both on my iPhone and my iPad - same across both.

Tried already after looking at other similar threads: restarted the camera (have only 1); tryed turning various filters on or off; logging off and then back on (on both devices); the arlo legacy app has been removed; I disinstalled the app and installed it again (no change).

 

When I login via the browser, all videos are there in the library... help most welcome.

Could you answer the following questions?

  • What iPhone and iPad are you using?
  • What iOS version are you running on your devices?
  • Have you tried on cellular data and/or WiFi?
  • Have you tried rebooting your iPhone and iPad?
