Recently the video clips in the library will not load and playback. This feature worked well until about 2-3 weeks ago. They do still load and playback on our Windows desktop. Any suggestions for a fix?

delete and re-install the app ( android or IOS )

 

If it works on the PC, it's prob not the Arlo system....most playback issues are flash
