Unable to connect Arlo Q. Tried changing network.

Tried to set up my camera. Was unable to connect. Realised I had tried to connect on 5G. Went back to the beginning changed network still couldn’t connect. Have reset device. Repeatedly reports no network. What to do?

Is this a new installation or was the camera in use before? WHen you reset the camera, did you hold the button until the camera clicked and the LED started flashing amber? If previously used, did you also remove the camera from Settings, My Devices?

Thanks did get it sorted. Now away from home and it has after several days working happy gone offline - arrggghhhh
