Trying to watch CVR timeline on Sept 25 15:55 but won't work on multiple devices on Arlo Q

I'm getting the crisis. For hours I've been trying to watch my timeline on September 25th at 15:55 and it just doesn't work. Neither on the iPhone, Mac (Website: Browser was Chrome, Safari and Firefox) and iPad. So I really ask myself, what am I paying money for? The live function is also really slow and not live more like a 3-minute delay. I have internet speed of 50mb/s.  Am I the only one with this problem? Have you found a solution?  To be honest I'm getting a headache and I'm going to quit my CVR. Do you an alternative provider that has a live function without delay and a timeline that runs flawlessly fast? Thanks in advance.
