Tried many times to set up the phone to read the Q....no luck.

Tried many times to set up the phone to read the Q after the blue light flases....no luck. From the Ho To Video I did notice the Q bar was much bigger than displayed by my Android cell. Could that be the issue, or the device. Help, please.

The size shouldn't make a difference but the distance between the phone and Q may. ALso, have you tried a browser? Folks seen to be having some better luck when using abrowser.
