Tried everything and Arlo Q will not connect in app to use

I have been through every board troubleshooting this camera and it BLOWS my mind that there is no phone number to call. My camera is completely UNUSABLE in my childs bedroom and makes me furious as a mother. I need a representive to call me ASAP.

Good luck in trying to talk to someone in the states.

I am having the same problem. I have restarted my router, unplugged the cameras. I have read thru every troubleshooting question on this site and there are no solid answers about how to fix this problem. It says ‘searching for a device’ and then the amber light comes back with a low buzz sound.

Hi @Flipsme,

 

Try to factory reset your Arlo Q by pressing the reset button until the camera clicks and the LED flashes amber. Then try to set it up again and see if that helps.
