Touble installing Arlo Q

I installed the Arlo Q. It worked. And was on all my devices.  Next day I decided to move camera. SO I had to unplug it. Everything quiet working  I unplugged it again.  Hit the discard this device on phone  Reset my router just to be safe. When I tried to re install- the Q light will not blink amber and will go to old blue. But I have nothing on app.  How do I reset this camera back to - out of the box - settings I can re-install?. Thanks for any help!

Use the reset button on the camera until the LED flashes amber.  Make sure you've deleted the camera in Settings, My Devices.  Then use the Add Device button in the Devices tab to sync the camera normally.

 

BTW, there was no reason to remove the device from you account just because you moved it.  If switching the network, you can do so in Settings, My Devices, your camera, WiFi Network.
