Switch to 5G

I originally set up my Arlo Q to login to my 2.4 ghz network. Now I tried to change it to 5 ghz. It's asking me to sync and as part of the process to put the QR code in front of the camera. I think the QR code was on the original box, which I may have thrown out.

QR code gets generated in the app so just go through the setup cycle again ...

On challenge, it's a bit harder if the device the app runs on is not a 5G device, had to switch to my tablet to generate

So the Arlo app generates the QR code? So I point my Arlo Q camera at the screen that is displaying the app?
