Hi,

  Does the ARLO -Q count as  1 camera in the basic plan?

Since the ARLO -Q is connected to  my WIFI and not the base station,

is it 1 of the "up to 5 cameras"?   Thank you.

Yes it does count as it also records to the cloud.
