Sound icon does nothing when tapped

I’m using the Arlo app on my iPhone and when I’m viewing a live feed I see three icons: sound, microphone and torch/flashlight.

The sound button doesn’t work when I try to tap it. I have tried it in regular mode and full screen, on both landscape orientations… it’s not greyed out, it looks the same style as the other two buttons which work.

The settings are correctly configured ie volume and mic are at 100%

Can someone please tell me why it’s not working?!

Are you hearing audio when you use my.arlo.com on a PC?

How much sound is there near the camera?
