Shared user not receiving sms alerts

I am main user and shared all 3 cameras with my wife
I have email off and sms alerts on.
I get sms’s
She does not
We both have IPhone 8

Try and re-install the app on her phone...( I take it you mean Pushes , not sms )... pushes are on for all or not ( no chioce )
