Sent invite to view Arlo Q camera but only one is visible

I have two Arlo Q cameras and have set them up through the app. I sent my wife an invite to the cameras and only one is visible. Does anyone have a solution for this? I have made sure to invite her to both cameras already and tried a power restart.

make sure access is toggled on for each camera

Try turning off access and back on, saving as appropriate for each step.
