Re: Selecting download all only downloads one clip. Am I doing something wrong?

I have the 7 day free storage and I am trying to download the footage before it is deleted.  When I select download all, only  one clip is downloaded.   Am I doing something wrong?

Sounds like you're using Chrome. There's a Chrome setting someplace that I forget to allow this to work. Maybe someone with a less foggy memory will jump in to rescue us. You can try searching, too.

Are you having this problem on the Arlo app on your phone device or on the web client on your computer? And which phone device and/or web browser are you using?

 

If you are using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, make sure to always allow pop-ups for my.arlo.com. See the screenshot below.
