Secondhand arlo q won't discover

I bought secondhand Arlo q. It seems to be OK, but I can't connect it with my phone. It's connected with the same wi-fi as my mobile, but it won't discover it. I afraid that the man who sold me the camera didn't log out. Is it any way to reset the camera? Please, help. 😅

You can try the reset button on the side of the camera until the LED flashes amber. Letit reboot and attempt to sync again. If no luck, you'll either need to contact the previous owner and have him remove the camera fro his account or use the Contact Support link at the bottom here to see what Netgear may or may not be able to do for you.
