I just bought this camera Arlo Q two of them now one of them is offline after 5 days and I'm told by support that you have to be there connected to the same internet connection to reconnect it I'm 730 miles away. I bought these cameras to look at things when I'm not there it's completely useless for me now.

Yes support told me that I had to physically be there and connected to the same internet as the camera. Now I have$199 piece of crap setting 730 miles away doing nothing.
