Q only allows 1 rule per mode?

Having 5 wireless Arlos, I am accustomed to be able to create multiple rules for each mode.  These rules can allow mutliple actions from single events.  But, now that I have a Q, the "add rule" function is missing within each mode (making modes and rules essentially the same thing).  I would like to record video and send a push notification when audio is detected, but only record video when motion is detected, thereby needing two rules to do this.  Can this be done?

Went thru it too.. doesn't look like you can do what you want.  No additional rule allowed after the first.
