I have five Arlo Q cameras (no base station). They were installed about two weeks ago, and have been working fine. Yesterday I mounted them on the wall. All were picked up and moved around but only two were unplugged.

One of the cameras is showing "offline" in the app. I can watch a live stream on the other cameras, but when I try to switch to another online camera, all the cameras get the green "your device is offline" screen.

I have tried this on the Arlo app on my tablet and the app on my phone, with the same result.

Also, nothing has recorded in the Library from any camera since mounting the cameras.

For the camera that isn't working, verify that it's within WiFi range.  If it is, you may need to remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync it using Add Device on the Cameras tab. Worst case, you may need to retry those steps but add a factory reset in the middle, using the reset button on the camera until it clicks and flashes amber.

For the recording issue, make sure you have black running men in the Cameras tab, not gray.  If gray, check your modes/schedule to ensure the proper mode is selected.
