When I check for the playback recordings on my Arlo Q, it will show in the library that the clip is (30 seconds) as I have defined in the settings. However when I click to play the video, it automatically jumps from 30 seconds to several hours longs. When I try to fast foward, it will freeze to a certain frame. So the only way to view the clip is to see the entire recording.

I tried resetting, shutting off and back on but nothing worked so far. Sometimes the playback is normal but then all of a sudden it switches to the long playback timings.

This only happens with the Arlo Q HD with Audio and does not happen with the other devices such as the Arlo Wire Free Cameras.

I rejoiced last night as my cameras were back to recording and displaying the 2 minute video clip as they should!  Then I got up this morning and now the 2 minute clips are showing as 13 minutes and 17 seconds.

Over a week of crap response from Arlo. I'm contact Amazon today to say that they have ceased to function as advertized and get a refund. Anyone got suggestions on a good company for me to get replacement cameras from - preferably a company that doesn't bork their own product and then just post a trite "we're working on it should have an update soon" nonsense and leave everyone hanging for over a week.
