Pan zoom and activity zones blank

Pan/zoom and activity zone image fields in Arlo app are completely blank. I’m unable to use these features. My device works properly otherwise. Anyone have an idea of what’s going on and how to fix this???

The image refresh in the app seems to be a problem these days. You can use the camera's Video Settings to invert/rotate the image twice to see if that works. Otherwise, use a computer browser which works properly.

Well, wouldn’t you know it? It just started working in the app on its own. If pan/zoom/activity zone stops working again I shall try as you suggest. Again thanks!
