While armed I am continually receiving false audio alerts.

Effectively this renders the camera useless last night i received 7 false alerts.

You can hear a slapping sound on thelibrary footage but there is no actual sound in the room concerned.

There must be either a hadware or software fault.

Have you power cycled the camera and/or removed and resynced it?
