Night Vision on Arlo Q wired not working

All of a suddent night vision isn't working on my camera.  I have done everything I can think of including "reset"....removing my device and reloading it.  Any suggestions on a remedy or do I ned to go buy another?

On the reset, you did hold in for 10 secs till the LED flashed??

Verified settings?

Also, if the IR are doa, you can always use the Q up against a window looking out (where the ir must be off anyway)
