The newest update has been a big hassle for our older cameras. For over a week the cameras would only work intermittently and they wouldn’t record any activity. Finally yesterday they started working but the software on my wife’s phone still looked like the old software and the feed didn’t show any recordings. I tried reinstalling the software but now there are no cameras showing and they won’t connect. She has permissions on my account. What am I doing wrong? Thanks you.

She doesn't have "Feed", she has "Library".

 

The simplest option is to have her use your Arlo account credentials.  A while back, Arlo didn't allow multiple logins, but that is no longer the case.  So you can share the same credentials.

 

You can also force her account to migrate to "Feed".  Do that by starting to add a Pro 5s camera to her account.  That will fail, since you don't have the camera.  But the workflow will migrate the account before you get stuck.

 

Note the app supports both interfaces - which one you get depends on settings in the Arlo Cloud.  So simply updating or reinstalling the app doesn't change the interface.

Thank you. I’ll do that and see how it goes but I know my wife has had her own account for over six years with these older cameras. I’m not opposed to upgrading but I’ll wait and see how all of this new software mess shakes out. Again, thank you.

Just want to come on here and say I believe all of my issues have been resolved with the help of Arlo Support. Both accounts are up and working. Thank you Arlo Support.
