I have not been able to get the Arlo Q to connect to my wireless network. It worked when I first set it up, and then went offline. Twice I was able to reset it and get it to connect again, but it drops quickly. When it last dropped, I worked on it all day trying ot resent and reconnect, to no avail. I have replaced it with two Arlo Pro cameras and a base station because I am leaving town for over a month and I needed to get a reliable surveillance system going. I would like to return the Arlo Q for a refund. It was purchased through amazon February 21. Today in March 27. How can I return the product?

Your return to Amazon would have to go thru them , not Netgear
TBMK, they give 30 days on the return policy so I would hop online ASAP and pull your oid order from your account and request a return
If they refuse to take it back for some reason, you can contact Netgear Support and get a replacement if it is defective.
