My Device says Access Token Invalid During New Setup

I’m attempting to setup my Arlo account and devices for the first time, but I keep getting multiple errors:

 

“Access token is invalid” - this is received after I have entered all of the pre-requisite information for account setup.

 

I receive this on both iPhone and iPad (both on IOS 11.4)

 

I have also tried via a web browser but I get the following error:  “we are sorry, The system is experiencing an unexpected error”.

 

So I’m currently stuck....not a great start to what should be a simple setup process.

Are you still experiencing this issue? Can you provide a screenshot of the error message?
