My Cameras Are Not Showing The Controls On The Screen

What is right way to let camera show controls, i.e. pictograms right below camera name on devices page?
I have 4 cameras in my devices list.
2 cameras show controls and other 2 won't.
If I go to camera setting tab, the latter 2 has “connect to network” and “device info” lines only.
Live view works fine on all 4, obviously.
They do record everything too, I just cannot change any settings.

All above is for chrome browser.
Android app shows all 4 cameras as disconnected.

All cameras are HW Version VMC3040r6
Funny thing, one of the non working cameras shows it as “6”, and another doesn’t even have such line is device info.

all controls should show all the time ( exception , tap on iphone / android to show full screen )

have you tried and rebooted the base unit by the power button ?

The OP notes the cameras are Qs so restarting the cameras by unplugging the power supply would be needed. Also, try logging out and back in as well as using both the app and a browser.
