Hi! 

After 2 years of purchase, Real time monitoring and capturing, save video function is still good.

But, the motion detect function menu is unavailable and could't detect motion and sound.

So, after then, I couldn't get any message form app. and mail form arlo service.
Also, on subscription menu said 'No subscription' and I couldn't change it.
How can I solve the problems?

I solved!. 

Delete device and then reinstall.

I don't know why, but it works.
