Mobile App won't start on my Samsung phone

Suddenly the Arlo mobile App on my phone stopped.  It won't start.  I've Uninstalled and Reinstalled the App but no change in outcome.  I read that this was a problem back in April but was solved.  Is there something new happening?

Many existing threads on this. It only happens on some devices. I have 3 and it only happens on 1. Open a case with support here to add pressure.
